What is Unknown Seller?

We are an E-commerce business that buy and sell new and pre-owned designer clothing, shoes and accessories at highly discounted prices compared to RRP.

How do you make profit if you sell so cheap?

When making money on preowned items, we buy pieces that people do not want anymore and just want to get sold. We buy the item at a low price, clean or fix it if it needs it, take some amazing photos of them, and then sell for more while still keeping the price well under retail to satisfy our customers.

When buying brand new items, we buy items from customers that may have bought something from a retailer that does not fit them or they do not want the item but it is outside of the companies return period. We will buy the item from them, and take amazing photos and then sell for more while keeping the price well under retail. We also tend to buy left over stock from retailers in bulk, which lowers the prices and we can sell it and make money on them.

All items sold are 100% authentic. Items are checked for authenticity by our team and our suppliers before being listed on our website. We offer an authenticity guarantee so if any item is found to be fake, you will be refunded immediately. 

Shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship first class signed for or special delivery with orders that are in the UK, and international orders we ship standard and tracked.
